A Nichols Law Firm client no longer faces a mandatory minimum of 20 years in prison thanks to Mike Nichols. Mike negotiated a dismissal of the entire indictment that carried a 20 year minimum sentence to a life maximum. In exchange, the client plead guilty to an information charging a much smaller drug quantity and a reduction in prison exposure by potentially more than half of what the client faced.
